A：目前合作中通快递，其他快递需联系客服补差价，且第二天发货。顺丰补差当 天可发。

A：我们的地址在东阳，支持自提。订单金额满2000元可送货上门 。

5：我怎么刚订完货没多久，你们就降价了啊？
A：由于个别原材料价格的不稳定性，如果成本下降，我们会下调产品价格让利于顾客，所以这种情况难免发生。如果您下单后3天内所拍的产品降 价，可与客服联系，核实后无条件返还差价（活动造成的临时打折除外）；若下单后产品涨价，我们也不会联系您补差价。
6：上架的产品是否有货？万一没货了怎么办？
答：我们所有的商品都是现货销售，页面上显示可拍的宝贝都是有货的，请您放心购买。由 于商品种类较多，每天销量较大，个别商品没及时下架造成断货的情况，请您谅解，我 们会通过电话或旺旺消息跟您及时取得联系并处理。
7：我没有支付宝，请问可以银行汇款吗？
答：我们推荐使用支付宝，货款两安全，也方便以后购物，实在不方便的接受银行汇款，汇款前请先拍下宝贝并备注要银行汇款，方便我们收到货款后给您何时商品尽快发货，汇款后请将您的阿里巴巴账号，汇款银行和金额通过旺旺或手机联系我们，我们查到货款核对商品无误后安排发货。
8、商品是还可以挑选款式与颜色呢？
答：商品在上架的时候，已经设定好是否可以挑选款式和颜色，请您浏览页面标示就知道，如有特别需要，请您在备注要求中注明下，我们会尽量按您需要去做，但缺款色的话，只能给您随机发了哦！请您多多谅解哈！

Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
